Our office Insurance policy
We accept direct asssignment of orthodontic benefits from most insurance plans and submit insurance claims for you. The unpaid balance after insurance assignment will be arranged for you to pay directly.
If you are receiving services for a temporomandibular, myofascial, or craniomandibular disorder (TMJ, TMD, MPD, or CMD) or accident-related problem, your medical insurance might provide benefits. We will assist you with your claim. We normally ask that medical benefits be sent directly to you.
